My colleague who is just 45 died last night leaving his family and his dreams behind all on a sudden. No body expected that such a jovial man like him may ever die, but belying everyone’s expectations he left all his fiends and his dear ones. He succumbed on account of a Heart attack that did not allow him to have a proper medical treatment. The joyous man died a painful death perhaps as nobody for a single moment thought that he could leave the world without a hearty laughter. It was the Heart that Hurt him.

Heart Failure is a common term with which every one is acquainted with. It is caused due to inactivity of the cardiac muscles or total damage to it. In our body to maintain the blood flow the chief role is played by the heart. Along with it the other roles are played by the blood vessels, and the tissues of the body. But the main part is played by the Heart and the Myocardium or the heart muscles. Among the four chambers of the Heart the ventricles are more important. They pump the blood throughout the body. Again the left Ventricle is plays the vital role as it has to labor hard taking up the hard task of pumping the blood. If it is affected Heart is Hurt.

If due to inactivity of the Heart muscles the ventricles fail to pump blood the blood flow is affected causing circulatory failure. As a result the Heart may stop for ever .The inactivity of the heart muscles may be caused due to many factors As a result of over exertion or exercise the size of heart is hypertrophied. As a result the power of Heart is diminished. Due to Hypertension or  Thyrotoxosis  the Heart has to take enough loads and gets Hurt. The rigidity of the artery or the coronary occlusion makes the Heart weak and causes its destruction.

According to Health Fitness Tip it is better to visit a doctor twice a year if you boast of being healthy enough. Lead the life style after the suggestion of the doctor and evade Premature Death without Hurting Your Heart.
