EMOTIONAL FITNESS

What is Emotion? It is hard to explain. It is different from mood that swings from this time to that. Mood varies, but Emotion affects. Emotion guides our lives through various phases. We are totally guided or misguided by Emotion. It has a strong force that can make us benumbed. If we surrender to its power we are nothing but its slave. Then we are mentally afflicted and perturbed. Hence what we need most is Emotional Fitness.

Emotion has the power to sway our ideas and make us vacillating. If we vacillate we must fail to do any particular work. We must fail to reach our goal. We have then no other way than to roam in the dark alley of despair. Hence the first thing that we need is Emotional Fitness to fight back.

The world that we live in is full of strife and struggles. If we are not Emotionally Fit we have to lose the flavor of life and lead a barren life being crippled. Since time memorial our preceptors have taught us how to avoid the grip of Emotional Scourge. According to them if we pay much attention to emotion it may whip us to follow the way of mental afflictions, we are then bound to be the bundle of nerves at the beck and call of Emotion. Hence we must toil hard to have Emotional fitness that may lead to a successful life.

In our minds there is always the conflict between the bad and the good. If we are not Emotionally Fit we may lose the power of discrimination to follow which way we should take up. As a result we must lose the target and make our lives miserable. Having the perfect Emotional Fitness we may attain the power to resolve any problem that may hinder our way. The human mind is full of anger, wrath, despise, ill feelings. Emotional Fitness plays a vital part to remove the ill feelings and cleanse the soul. Hence Emotional Fitness has the power to purge the bad feelings and uplift the soul to a higher degree.
