We have to eat to live, but it must be kept in mind that it is food alone that has the power to heal or hurt. There goes an ancient saying in India- ‘If you want to eat more eat less’. The actual meaning of the saying is that if you take healthy dishes and in small quantity you may enjoy a long life. The more you eat the more there is possibility of falling sick, hence it is the proper way to take food that is absolutely  health friendly and  to avoid the food items that are so called palatable but can not but  do harm to your health in the true sense. Your food much be enriched with fiber. The role of fiber in the digestive process is remarkable. Again fiber helps to stop accumulation of fat in the body and ensures a total healthy glow. Though it has no nutrients of its own yet it helps to emptying the stomach through a rapid process of peristalsis, removing totally the problem of constipation .You can get fiber from the wheat bread, baked beans, oatmeal, apples, grams, carrots and in all leafy vegetables. But always remember not to take fiber in a large quantity. It may cause uneasiness in stomach and may lead to frequent motions.

It may seem absurd but actually olive oil can offer you a healthy vigor as well as a healthy skin if you use it daily. The food cooked in olive oil keep the arteries and your heart vibrant. Again if it is taken instead of other oils it prevents such ailments caused by rapid accumulation of Cholesterol and The Triglyceride factors. If you are in the habit of taking butter and margarine you are advised to keep them away right now and take olive oil instead.

Again Healthy Dishes enriched with enough Vitamin A may help you to combat various ailments. Add carrot, pumpkin, spinach, green turnip lettuce in your diet chart. Always keep in mind if you do not take Vitamin A in the proper quantity you may have to suffer from night blindness, weak bone problems, anemia and the reduction in immune system.
