WOE TO LOT

Last night a friend of my wife turned up and advised my better half to take care of her health as she was gradually accumulating fat in some vital parts of her body. Mrs. listened to her words with rapt attention and by default I was able to over hear their serious discussion. I can’t even boast of being slim but I have an athletic body that’s why I can run to catch the departing train, adjust my posture in the jam packed bus, dare to jump from the Metro as soon as it reaches the platform. Still there are some conspirators who always try to make my madam understand I am getting obese and as an inevitable result there is permanent disappearance of my favorite dishes from my lunch and dinner. HOW CAN YOU BE SLIM

You always want to view you slim. Not only you, is it not the eternal craze to view all slim? But it is not an easy task to be slim in a wink of eye. It needs a thorough process, constant dedication and zeal to make one slim. I never say that it is very hard, but you need to have perseverance and a fixed aim. If you vacillate you can never succeed. So make a plan, move cautiously, take the advice of the best nutritionist and it may be told with ease that you are sure to hit the bull.

Always keep in mind that intake of fat and carbohydrate is injurious to health obviously in a lump sum quantity. You are to take these if you actually need them. But if you think that you are obese and aim at being slim you must deduct the items from your menu- chart. Along with the moderate diet you have to sweat hard. If you don’t take exercise on a regular basis all your efforts would go in vain. Under the guidance of an expert you take exercise at a particular time. There goes a tendency among many that fasting enhances the process of slimming. It is absolutely a bad idea. Never try to fast. Eat less; eat three, four, five times a little bit. Always avoid the food that is called ‘Fast’, you may be tempted at the smell, but always think that the fast food is poison for you. It never helps to reach your goal.
